Football, wrestling, basketball, dance, chess or book club: a QR code on the shirt, the pitch-side board or the membership card opens the club's JeliCard, always up to date.

**Who it's for** : Sports clubs, Cultural clubs, Sports schools, Supporters, School clubs

## The problem: information scattered everywhere

Training times, team call-ups, results, fees: everything goes through messages that get lost in groups.

- **Lost messages** A change of time doesn't reach all the players or parents.
- **New members** Interested people don't know who to contact or how to sign up.
- **Partners hard to see** The club's sponsors have little space to show themselves.
- **Different languages** Not all parents read French.

## What the JeliCard can hold

- **About — The club at a glance** History, values, teams, coaches, photos, a voice message from the president.
- **Calendar — Training and matches** Times, places, call-ups, directions to the pitch or the hall.
- **Results — Club life** Scores, rankings, photos and videos of the latest matches or shows.
- **Membership — Joining the club** Fees, documents to provide, a link to the registration form, contact.
- **Partners — Your sponsors** The logos of the partners who support the club, and links to their websites.

## What Jèli gives you

- **Everyone kept informed** Members who opened the JeliCard in the Jèli app get a notification when you edit it.
- **Always up to date** You edit the JeliCard; the QR code on the shirt or the board doesn't change.
- **For parents** A voice message in national languages for families who don't read French.
- **More members** A simple scan is enough to discover the club and find out how to join.
- **Sponsors showcased** A showcase to thank and show off your partners.
- **Free and ad-free** Your members see only your club.

## Your JeliCards travel around the world

A JeliCard is shared in one move: by text message, on social media, by email, on the internet, or simply by scanning the QR code from one phone to another. Your message travels across time and distance, and reaches every audience, here and elsewhere.

## What about Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp?

These tools are excellent, and you probably use them already. Jèli does not replace them: it does a different job.

### Instagram and TikTok — The networks that help people discover you

- **Ideal for** showing your news in photos and videos, and reaching new audiences.
- **Information** lives in a feed: new posts push the old ones down.
- **Access** mostly needs the app and an account; the algorithm decides who sees what.
- **Around it** other content and ads are shown too.

### WhatsApp — The messaging app that gets people talking

- **Ideal for** everyday conversations, answering questions, running a group.
- **Information** lives in a conversation: messages pile up and old ones are quickly lost.
- **Access** means having your number or being in the group.
- **Around it** are all the person's other conversations.

### Jèli — The reference page, in the right place

- **Ideal for** information that must stay available, attached to an object, a poster or a place.
- **Information** lives on a stable page: always in the same place, always up to date.
- **Access** takes a simple scan, with no account and no app.
- **Around it** no ads and no one else's content: only your message and your other JeliCards.

Keep Instagram and TikTok for match videos, and WhatsApp for the players' and parents' group. Jèli becomes the club's fact sheet: fixtures, how to join, contacts, which everyone finds by scanning the shirt or the pitch-side board.

**It's not one or the other.** Put the links to your Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp accounts in the text of your JeliCard, and share your JeliCard on your networks: each tool does what it does best.

## How to do it

One JeliCard for the club, then one per team if needed.

1. **Create** the club's JeliCard with an introduction, photos and a voice message from the president.
2. **Add** the calendar, fees and contacts.
3. **Print the QR code** on shirts, membership cards, posters and the pitch-side board.
4. **Invite** members and parents to open the JeliCard in the Jèli app, so they are notified of changes.
5. **Update** times and results every week.
6. **Share** the JeliCard on WhatsApp and social media.
7. **Name** one person in charge of updates.

## Obstacles, and how to get past them

- **Not everyone has a smartphone** A relative, a seller or a community relay can scan and play it for them. The printed material still makes sense on its own.
- **Costly data, weak network** Short voice messages, light images, no app to download: the JeliCard opens fast, even with little data.
- **Few people know QR codes** Add the words “Scan to listen” and show the gesture once: after that, everyone knows how.
- **Who does the updates?** Name one person in charge: a few minutes on the phone are enough, with no reprinting.
- **Photos of minors** Ask parents' permission before publishing photos of children.
- **Sponsors want proof** The number of times the JeliCard is opened gives you a figure to show them.

## Our tips

- Add a voice message from the captain or the coach: it motivates players and reassures parents.
- Put the QR code on the back of the shirts: every match becomes an advert.
- Publish results right after each match.
- Keep a clear page for sign-ups.
- Don't forget your business card: your name and a QR code that leads to all your activities.

> The shirt shows your colours. The JeliCard tells your club's story to everyone who comes across it.
